An advocate on poverty and child poverty issues for 40 years, Marvyn Novick is a co-founder of Campaign 2000, the author of major public reports on child poverty in Canada and a leading contributor to social policy in Canada.
The Blueprint outlines a multi-year program to reduce poverty in Ontario by 25% in five years. Public understanding of and support for the Blueprint is a step towards poverty reduction.
